Q1: What is your main product?

Q2: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A2: Our products is based on customized size, design and color.

 

Q3: Will we need to install the glass ( onsite glazed ) or do your      windows come with the glass installed?

A3: Yes, with complete the glass, frame, sash and hardware here, and you only install them into your wall hole directly.

 

Q4: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A4: 5-8 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel- off,hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we  will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

 

Q5: How can I know your price?

A5: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you.      

1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions,quantity and type;      

2) Frame color;      

3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).

 

Q6: What is your delivery time?

A6: 25-35 days after deposit and drawing confirmed

 

Q7: What is your payment terms?

A7: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

How to adjust the lock handle of aluminum sliding door to horizontal

 

Phillips screws are built into the square holes of the handle. Remove them. The handle can be separated from the panel. Rotate the handle ninety degrees to connect the panel and tighten the Phillips screws.

 

1. According to the manufacturer's instructions, stick the fixed-distance template made of paper or cardboard provided with the new door lock to the appropriate position on the side of the door. If necessary, fix the distance template with tape. The distance template will be used to locate two holes: one for the lock core and the other for the lock tongue on the door side. Mark the center points of these two holes on the door.

 

2. Use an electric drill with a hole saw to drill the lock core according to the specified size. Be careful not to damage the finish on the other side of the door. Stop drilling when you see that the drill tip is about to penetrate, and then finish drilling from the other side of the door.

 

4. Drill a hole of appropriate size for the bolt on the side of the door until it touches the hole of the lock core. Lean the edge of the door and the drill point with a combination square, keeping the drill point at a right angle to the door. Use sandpaper to smooth the edges of the holes.

 

How to choose the handle and lock of aluminum sliding door

 

1. Before buying, we need to understand the thickness of our interior door and the thickness of the door frame, so that we will be more clear when configuring the length of the lock cylinder and the width of the lock body to avoid size discrepancies.

 

2. Due to the distinction between single-opening and double-opening doors, we need to know the opening direction of our indoor doors in advance so that we can choose the correct door lock opening direction when buying a door lock. (Note: The hinge installed on the left side of the door is left-opening, and the hinge installed on the right side of the door is right-opening)

 

3. For the color and style of the door lock, we must coordinate with the overall style of the home, so that the whole room can look more beautiful.

 

4. We can choose whether it has anti-theft function according to our own needs. If it is the entrance door, master bedroom or study room, you can choose a door lock with anti-theft function, which can better protect our personal and property safety.
