Q1: What is your main product?

Q2: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

A2: Our products is based on customized size, design and color.

 

Q3: Will we need to install the glass ( onsite glazed ) or do your      windows come with the glass installed?

A3: Yes, with complete the glass, frame, sash and hardware here, and you only install them into your wall hole directly.

 

Q4: What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?

A4: 5-8 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel- off,hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we  will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.

 

Q5: How can I know your price?

A5: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you.      

1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions,quantity and type;      

2) Frame color;      

3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).

 

Q6: What is your delivery time?

A6: 25-35 days after deposit and drawing confirmed

 

Q7: What is your payment terms?

A7: Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

Profile is broadly interpreted as a kind of steel or steel and other materials with strength and toughness (such as plastic, aluminum, glass fiber, etc.) formed by rolling, extrusion, casting and other processing processes with a certain cross-section Bar.

3. Plastic profile: The raw material of plastic profile is hard PVC, and a few are semi-hard PVC, soft PVC, polyurethane and other materials. This kind of plastic profile is mostly used in window frames, stair handrails, special-shaped pipes, wire troughs, etc. It is mainly used to manufacture plastic steel doors and windows and aluminum plastic aluminum. PVC particles and some processing aids (light stabilizers, heat stabilizers, impact modifiers, fillers, lubricants, etc.) are mixed together. The mixing is divided into cold mixing and hot mixing. , After the end of the mixing, after eight hours of balance, extrude the profile through the machine.
There will be a small amount of toxic gas during the production process, which is mainly released during the extrusion process when the extruder is connected to the cooling table. After the extruder and the cooling table are connected, almost no toxic gas will be generated.

4. Plastic steel profile: Plastic steel profile is a kind of PVC profile, mostly used to make doors and windows. Advantages: Affordable price, rich colors, durable, good heat preservation, sound insulation, water tightness and wind pressure resistance.

 

5. Stainless steel profile: mostly used in engineering construction. It has good corrosion resistance and easy processing and manufacturing.

 

Common profiles are roughly divided into the above five categories, and different profiles are used in different places and methods. Users can choose the appropriate profile according to their specific needs.
